In the fall of 1970, the A S Clark Rams and the Crisp County High Rebels merged to become the Crisp County Cougars ending segregated public schools in Cordele, GA. This school was located on 24th Ave East until the new facility was built and opened in the fall of 1995 on Frontage Road.
