The Crisp County School System invites students, teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, family members, and other stakeholders of Crisp County to participate in the review of the District's Improvement Plan. The CLIP fulfills the need for a plan from school districts to be collected by the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) to define how Crisp County will support our students, staff, and parents when accepting federal funds under The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act.

The CCSS is cloning the FY24 CLIP for an intentional focus on our academic goals. It is our belief that designing a detailed 3-year plan is a useful strategy for visualizing short-term goals and for building a strong academic foundation. Three-year plans allow for tracking and celebrating progress with a purpose, identifying and addressing obstacles and trends in a timely manner, and prioritizing tasks that contribute to our end goal. Periodically throughout the year, data is analyzed and adjustments may be needed to address threats to our goals.
